Current UFC Welterweight champion Matt “The Terror” Serra has just inked a sponsorship deal that will see Team Serra sporting some Aussie Soles on the way down to the Octagon on April 19th. Serra himself will also have Aussie Soles’ logo on his shirt, shorts and banner.

Matt Serra’s popularity is not surprising as he has been one of the most enjoyable characters during his time on “The Ultimate Fighter” reality series.

Serra went on to take advantage of the opportunity that was given to him at UFC 69 when he shocked the MMA world by TKO’ing then champion Georges “Rush” St-Pierre in the 1stRound.

St-Pierre never got going at UFC 69, clearly looking like he didn’t want to be in the Octagon (due to personal issues that occurred). Both fighters will get a chance to prove what happened at UFC 69 was or wasn’t a fluke in Canada on April 19th.
