Ultimate Fight Night 13 officially sold out

The UFC announced today on UFC.com that Ultimate Fight Night 13 on April 2nd from the Broomfield Event Center in Broomfield, Colorado has officially sold out. UFC President Dana White said this in a statement, “this is going to be one of our best UFC Fight Night events ever”. MMA fans have been talking about how stacked the card is ever since the event was announced.

On top of loading the card with twelve fights, the UFC and SpikeTV also agreed to extend the show to three hours for the first time in three years.

The main event will feature Ultimate Fighter reality series stars Kenny Florian and Joe Lauzon in a fight that could have title implications in the near future. Matt Hamill is also scheduled to return from a knee injury that has had him sidelined since September, as well as undefeated UFC Lightweight Frank Edgar.

Ticket prices ranged anywhere from $40-$250 as the event sold out in less than 30 days according to the UFC’s press release and will seat over 6,700 UFC fans.

We’ll have more regarding this stacked card in the near future, including another exclusive interview with Frank Edgar himself! Make sure you check back to 5thRound.com as the event comes closer.
