Sherdog.com is reporting that Tito Ortiz (15-5-1) has finally agreed to face undefeated Lyoto Machida (12-0) at UFC 85 on May 24.

Machida's camp had been pushing for a fight with either Ortiz or Chuck Liddell, feeling that Machida has proven himself to be amongst the top fighters in the light heavyweight division.

It is also likely that B.J. Penn will defend the lightweight championship against former champion, Sean Sherk.
